  Build

  Mare was on irregular build, very narrow through the chest with a narrow barrel and hindquarter. Her legs are thin in appearance but sturdy enough to carry her soundly through the rocky desert plains. Neck is tied into the shoulder fairly high, giving her a high natural headset. Head seems large on her petite body, with a petite muzzle and narrow but large cheeks and somewhat over-sized ears. Eyes are shaped by her face, giving off a very dollish, sweet appearance. Withers are low, tied into a short back to a lock tail dock. Hinds are sturdy, though somewhat cow-hocked. Overall, she is tied together similar to a very narrow paso fino, and displays similar gaits to the paso breeds, albeit her movement is not so defined or exaggerated.

  Personality & Behavior
  Opti is a high-alert mare, edging on being simply anxiety-ridden and fear-driven. She is the mare in the herd who's head shoots up with every noise made, and is generally the first to flee from situations. As such, mixed with her small stature and age, she usually finds herself on the bottom of the pecking order, hanging as a fair distance from the other mares. She is edgy in the close company of other mares, and prefers to keep out of striking range. Despite such, she is loyal to her herd, and valuable in her innate talent to detect danger before it is present.
